Dress rehearsal – FRIDAY, JUNE 7
Performances – SATURDAY, JUNE 8
and SUNDAY, JUNE 9
By submitting the recital form below you
agree to the following policies:
1. Each participating family must submit
the recital form by February 1st
Recital fee ($30 – per student)
Costume deposit ($25 – per student)
The recital fee covers the venue and administrative costs incurred by the performance.
The costume deposit is applied to the total cost of your student’s costume.
You will be invoiced for the balance on or about May 1.
Once you have submitted the recital form, we will charge your credit card on file during the next billing cycle.
(On or about the 1st of the month)
3. All tuition and remaining costume balances must be paid in full when due at the end of the season.
4. Dancers must attend class consistently throughout the season.
5. Attendance at the dress rehearsal and the last 2 weeks of the season is mandatory.
Please note – we ask that each family check their calendar and other commitments carefully before submitting the recital form. Our faculty puts enormous time and effort into the routines for each class. It is difficult and stressful for faculty and students alike to make changes as the performances draw near if a student is unable to fulfill their commitment.

Each performance will be different – please check the schedule carefully! Some dancers/families will participate in more than one performance. We try to keep this to a minimum but due to the complexity of scheduling, it is not completely unavoidable.
Tickets are $5 and should be purchased in advance at the studio. Tickets go on sale May 1st and are available on a first come first served basis. Tickets will be sold at the door, but we cannot guarantee availability at the door.
Video – Mike Keune will be videotaping the performances.
An order form will be available at the performances.
Costumes – please double check all costumes before and after the dress rehearsal and each performance to ensure that you have all items. Put your name or initials on each piece of clothing and shoes. It will not be possible to replace costumes at the last minute.
Performance Make-up – Our youngest dancers (Pre-K classes and Primary classes) are not required to wear make-up. Other dancers need to wear makeup so that facial features show up onstage under the lights. Makeup should be natural looking – neutral eye colors, mascara, blush, and lipstick. Make-up should be done at home before dress rehearsal and performance.
