2025 RECITAL
Clayton High School Auditorium
Dress rehearsal: Friday, June 6
Performances: Saturday, June 7, and Sunday, June 8

2. Costs:
Recital fee: $35 (per student), covers venue and administrative expenses.
Costume fees: $25 (per student), this fee will be subtracted from your total costume cost. This fee is non-refundable as there are costs incurred when costumes are returned. Costumes are anticipated to have a final cost of between $35 and $70 per costume.*

3. All tuition and costume balances must be paid in full when due at the end of the season.
4. Dancers must attend class consistently throughout the season.
5. Attendance at the dress rehearsal and the last 2 weeks of the season is mandatory.
Please note that we ask each family to carefully check their calendar and other commitments before submitting the recital form. Our faculty puts enormous time and effort into the routines for each class. It is difficult and stressful for faculty and students alike to make changes as the performances draw near if a student cannot fulfill their commitment.
2025 Recital Information

The recitals and the dress rehearsal will be held at Clayton High School Auditorium#1 Mark Twain Circle, Clayton MO 63105

Recital call times – dancers should be completely hair, make-up, and costume ready at the call time.
12:00 show - 11:30 call time, doors open to the audience at 11:45,
1:00 show - 12:30 call time, doors open to the audience at 12:45
4:00 show - 3:30 call time, doors open to the audience at 3:45
Dancers should remain in their assigned dressing room or changing area at all times until escorted to the auditorium for their routine(s), and should not leave early from the performance. There will be a curtain call for all dancers after each performance.Each performance will be different – please check the schedule carefully! Some dancers/families will participate in more than one performance. We try to keep this to a minimum but due to the complexity of scheduling, it is not completely unavoidable.

Tickets are $7.00 each and will be available on May 1st. (General admission) Tickets should be ordered via an order sheet at the front desk, and you will receive your tickets at that time. Tickets will also be available at the dress rehearsal and at each performance.

Mike Keune will be videotaping the performances. An order form will be available at the performances.

Please double-check all costumes before and after the dress rehearsal and each performance to ensure that you have all items. Put your name or initials on each piece of clothing and shoes. It will not be possible to replace costumes at the last minute.

Our youngest dancers (Preschool classes and Primary classes) are not required to wear make-up. Other dancers need to wear makeup so that facial features show up onstage. Makeup should be natural-looking – neutral eye colors, mascara, blush, and lipstick. Make-up should be done at home before the dress rehearsal and performance.
